What we do
With 12 partners, and a dedicated team of more than 2,200 staff, Circle (formerly Circle Anglia) manages over 63,000 homes, and provides care and support services for around 200,000 people across the UK. Providing general needs, sheltered and supported housing, Circle also has a range of responsive care, support and maintenance services.
Our mission
Circle exists to invest in people and the communities they live in. We are driven by the difference we can make to people’s lives, creating thriving communities that everyone cares about and that provide a sense of place and purpose.
We strive to deliver enhanced life chances to all our residents across our nine Registered Providers and three service organisation partners. We do this by putting people first and engaging with residents so that they have a stake in their homes and their communities. We work in partnership with developers, architects and contractors to create the very best teams to deliver housing of the highest quality.
More importantly, strategic changes have had an impact on every aspect of our operation, our staff, our partners and our systems. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it. There has been a big drive to significantly increase resident involvement in planning and decisions and using information to adapt how we deliver services. It’s been more than satisfying to see a corresponding increase in resident satisfaction within a short span of time.
We are well placed financially to deliver on all our ambitious plans over the next five years. With this sound platform it’s going to be an exciting time for all of us at Circle, as we focus on enhancing life chances through growth and economies of scale.
