Notting Hill is one of the most inventive housing associations in the UK and one of the largest property developers in London. We house people in need, help residents become homeowners and reinvest the money we make to build new homes.

Our vision and values set us apart. We are a housing association providing good quality lettings for people living in London. As a social business we work closely with our customers to help them love where they live and offer a range of shared ownership (New Build HomeBuy) properties including new developments and resale homes.

What we do

Our purpose is to provide affordable housing for Londoners. We are motivated by the positive impact that good quality housing has on people's lives. And we think that providing a home for people and their families is something to be proud of.

Better homes- We make this happen by building quality homes, being a good and fair landlord and - importantly - doing the things that matter to our customers. We work right across London, making our capital a more diverse and affordable place to live.
