Appropriately qualified to MRICS, MBEng, MCIOB, or an IstructE member and with relevant experience, you’ll act as a professional advisor and decision maker for development proposals, as well as coaching junior members of the team. You’ill need a detailed understanding of the building regulations and the ability to promote a positive image for the service using your knowledge and customer care skills.
