Forestcare provides a range of vital services to its customers. These include monitoring of Lifeline alarms and other telecare equipment, lone worker monitoring and being the first point of contact for this and other Council’s out-of-hours emergencies. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You’ll need excellent customer service and telephone skills, be able to empathise with our customers and remain calm in a crisis. Your primary role is to ensure that our customers receive an appropriate response, either from one of our mobile officers or from another emergency service.
This post is based in the Control Centre at the Bracknell Forest Depot participating in a 24 hour shift pattern. The post is for a period of 12 months.
