At Croydon Council we are changing the way we manage complaints, so we can really drive through improvements to our services. We are setting up a new Corporate Complaints Team and are seeking to appoint 3 enthusiastic and highly motivated Corporate Complaint professionals.
You will need to demonstrate hands on experience of investigating complex complaints or case working. We are particularly looking for individuals who are customer focused, proactive and innovative. We are seeking individuals who can work together and contribute to quickly establishing this new high profile team.
As part of the role you will need the confidence to sometimes challenge management in a persuasive professional way and think on your feet when dealing with highly contentious complaints. You must also be able to demonstrate analytical and evaluating skills when investigating complaints. A strong and confident communicator, you will use those skills to feed back key information which will be used to drive change throughout the organisation.
