Forest PD/OP North & South Team are looking to recruit a half-time Fieldwork Support Assessor, this very busy team is based in the rural beauty of the Forest of Dean.
Experience of working with Older People and/or Adults with Physical Disability, ideally in their own homes, is essential.
A full and clean Driving Licence, Insurance to use a car for work purposes and access to and use of a motor vehicle are essential requirements.
Duties will consist, in the main, of assessing the needs of Older People and arranging Respite Care and/or Day Care or Direct Payments to meet those needs.
