Salary Scale P041- 44, i.e., £33,291 – £35,825 per annum (pay award pending and subject to job evaluation)
Plus essential user car allowance

Bassetlaw enjoys an excellent relationship with its 2 Star ALMO and is working with neighbouring authorities to produce and deliver a sub regional Housing Strategy. It operates highly motivated Housing Needs and Private Sector Renewal teams and this post provides a fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified person to blend these activities together to make a real difference to housing in the District.

You will need to be innovative, an excellent communicator, able to work with a wide range of partners across all sectors and be committed to delivering the best value for money for residents of the District.

You will ideally possess:-

- CCAB qualification and/or Institute of Housing qualification

You must possess:-

- Housing Revenue Account experience
- Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary workforce with a least 5 years at a senior officer level
- Experience of contract related work and associate procedures
- Experience of preparing Housing Strategies and HRA Business Plans
