An extremely interesting opportunity has arisen for a Schools Senior Performance Manager within a dynamic County Council.
You will be instrumental in helping drive forward performance and improvement to over 400 schools in the region. You will manage and develop a team of 7 people to; review school results (examinations and key stage assessments), analyse and communicate results, advise on prioritising resources, identify areas for improvement, as well as work with other agencies and organisations to manage research and analysis findings.
You will need to have senior experience of working in local government/ Education/Schools, have an in depth understanding of performance management, ideally around school improvement, as well as have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong leadership capabilities.
