Join us as a Senior Planning Officer to help enhance the effectiveness of the Development Control Service in meeting the Governments performance targets. To fill this demanding and challenging role, you will need to be a planner with at least 3 years experience.

· You will deal with the more complex planning applications and related appeals
· Major developments affecting the long–term character and environment of the area
· Direct responsible for the management and motivation of Planning Officers

A current driving licence and available vehicle is essential for this post.
