The team provides an initial assessment and review service for service users and their carers.

They will be required to manage a busy duty system and take a lead within the unit for case management of vulnerable adults, particularly adults with community care needs which are not met elsewhere in the department. The job role entails close liaison with other teams and departments, particularly housing. The current post holder also takes a lead role in monitoring standards of practice and performance for the team. The successful candidate should have some experience in Immigration law and vulnerable adult policies and will have had supervisory experience.
