Senior Strategy Officers (Community Infrastructure)

We have a clear and ambitious long-term vision for the Borough. In this varied and challenging role, you’ll be at the heart of making this a reality. We’ll look to you to develop and deliver policies, setting the strategic agenda for the Council. You’ll be the key point of contact for stakeholders on place shaping issues, including leading on negotiations with developers on affordable housing. This is no easy task – that’s why you’ll need to be a strategic thinker with exceptional influencing and inter-personal skills. Educated to degree level, or holding a professional qualification (or equivalent), you’ll have experience and knowledge of policy development, ideally in a place shaping discipline.
