We need an enthusiastic, creative, innovative and ambitious person to join the newly established Business Unit for Customer Services and Communications. As part of a proactive, lively team, you will take a lead role in creating attractive, customer-centric, transactional web and intranet sites, enabling 24/7 access to the full range of the Council’s services.
You will have sound experience of dynamic web development languages, style sheets and database management and integration. Knowledge of the latest trends in web development and their applications in customer service improvement would be a distinct advantage. You will be confident in translating your creative ideas into reality using the latest web technology to maximise the impact.
