An opportunity currently exist to join Swale Housing Association’s Asset Management Team. The team have an annual budget of approximately £13 million and undertake a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from major internal improvements to day-to-day repairs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring that programmes and services are delivered successfully and to an excellent standard for our residents.

This is an exciting new role that will enable the successful candidate to be in at the start of developing our Neighbourhood Strategy and Street Scene regeneration.
We are looking for someone who is able to be creative and focus on delivering high quality environmental services, contracts and projects.

Your duties will include monitoring and maintaining of standards on key service contracts such as ground maintenance and cleaning. You will also be involved in identifying, designing and managing the street scene projects delivered in our neighbourhood’s e.g. new planting schemes, green issues, community facilities or estate improvements.

For this role you will be required to have a relevant qualification in horticulture and or trade /maintenance background. You will preferably have experience in delivering street scene services.

For this role you will require a clean driving licence, have excellent communication skills and be IT proficient. Experience of GIS, AutoCAD would be welcomed.
