Lewisham Homes was set up to deliver improvements to homes and services for residents. Reporting to the Service Development Manager, you will be central to our success. Developing
and coordinating a comprehensive set of strategies, and driving through the resulting changes,
you will work with other managers to lead a range of vital improvements. Managing the work of the service development team, and personally coordinating diverse projects, you will examine performance, residents’ feedback, government policy and best practice to help us plan and deliver real benefits for our residents. You will enjoy a significant impact on the work that we do.
To be equal to the challenge, you must combine sound knowledge of housing and policy
development with excellent project management, and influencing and negotiating skills.
Highly professional and organised, with strong analytical, problem solving and report writing
skills, you are both a motivational leader and a good team player.
