An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our busy Enablement and Care Team, which is a front line Adult Social Care Service.

This role would suit an experienced Administrator with well-developed Minute taking, IT, organisation and communication skills. It is important for the suitable candidate to be a strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

The role will consist of:

  • Supporting our reviewing team and dairy management.
  • Servicing and minuting Safeguarding Adult meetings.
  • Answering telephones and attending to customers at reception.
  • Extensive use of IT Systems
  • Updating and retrieving confidential information via use of Isis.
  • Maintaining information and filing systems.
  • Collation of statistical data.
  • Typing reports, letters and creating spreadsheets.
  • Reporting Health and Safety Hazards/ equipment faults to Building Manager.
  • Requisitioning Goods and Services.

Candidate must be enthusiastic with proven track record of self-development.

Please note training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The candidate will be responsible the Senior ACE Team Administrator.
