Salary:RG4 (SCP21-28, with gateway at 25) £19,126 - £23,708 pa (Successful candidates will normally start at the first point of the grade to which they are appointed)

Location:Sheltered Housing Team for Older People

This is the opportunity to influence and help shape a brand new venture for our Sheltered and Extra Care Housing Service for Oder People.
If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated with a great deal of initiative and drive, committed to delivering a high standard of customer care and feel you can take the lead and overall responsibility for developing a range of activities for individuals and groups by linking to and developing volunteer groups then you could be the person for us.
This role involves liaising with a variety of older people with different levels of abilities, involving outside agencies and volunteers in order to provide the best possible activity service.
You will need to be a highly organised able to work independently as well as working along side the sheltered team. This role requires a knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people. You will have a proven track record of managing a varied workload, as well as a flexible and innovative approach to your work.
A full UK Driving Licence is require with daily access to a vehicle and travel expenses will be paid.
