Working pattern:Term Time, Temporary position 

Hours:Working 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. Fixed term contract to cover staff member on secondment. 

Salary:Grade 5 Point 13-17 £13,118 - £14,295 per annum

Due to the current post holder covering a secondment an opportunity has arisen for the temporary appointment of an admin assistant at Stone Hill School.

Stone Hill School has been created as part of the re-organisation of Doncaster special schools. It is a community day special school for pupils aged 5-16 years with moderate learning difficulties and additional needs, specifically ASC. We are situated in a purpose built school on Barnsley Road, Scawsby.

The successful candidate will support the effective day to day management of the school through providing administration duties and clerical support, and will also have:

• experience of general administration duties
• experience of prioritising and managing tasks
• effective organisational skills and ability to work on their own initiative
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• a working knowledge of computerised information systems including data bases and excel spreadsheets
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
• a flexible approach to working hours
• knowledge of the SIMS pupils data software would be an advantage but not essential as training can be given
