Guinness Care and Support have an Administration Manager position available where you will be expected to deliver a quality administrative service to a team of senior managers. We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and compliant manner and sufficient resources are available to meet business needs and regulatory requirements. You will be required to work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:• Analyse and resolve escalated operational issues and look for ways to prevent repeat issues.• Monitor standards across the operation making recommendations for future operational plans and innovate the team to develop individual skills.• Monitor workload against resources raising issues and making suggestions for improvements• Achieve personal, team and corporate objectives.• Be aware of and follow Guinness Care and Support policies and procedures, with particular attention to standards of customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.• Monitoring and managing data bases and trackers

Essential:• Demonstrates a sensitive and supportive approach to vulnerable people maintaining their dignity and self respect at all times.• Customer service experience• Experience of working to deadlines and targets• Good oral and written communications• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office• Good attention to detail

Desirable:• Understanding and interest of Care and Support issues and services offered by Housing Associations, councils and other relevant bodies.• Experience of a formal performance management process.
