Administrator (Voids, Allocations and Lettings Team)

Location, Milton Keynes

Contract Up To 8 Month, Fixed Term / Secondment

Salary £18,204 (Pro rata)

This is an exciting time for The Guinness Partnership. As one of the largest housing and care providers in the country, we are here to improve people’s lives – by providing as many high quality, affordable homes as possible and by providing the housing and care services that our customers most need. We are committed to making Guinness a Great Place to Work and creating an environment where everyone feels genuinely valued, empowered and supported to give their best and reach their full potential.

Are you organised, methodical and have an eye for detail? Would you relish opportunities to develop and implement administration systems? Are you conversant with Microsoft Office and experienced with system reporting?

At The Guinness Partnership we know the backbone to any successful team is the support they receive. We are looking for 1x Administrator to join our Voids, Allocations and Lettings Team. You will be supporting our Assistant Housing Officers with the allocations of void properties from notice to end tenancy to the new tenancy sign up. Your role will involve preparing tenancy agreements for sign ups, creating tenancies and tenancy management on the housing system and other administrative tasks.

The nature of the role will involve juggling lots of different work to tight deadlines. You need to have excellent customer service skills and know the importance of communication – either by phone, email or letter. You will need good listening skills and have a ‘can do’ attitude.

Key Skills and Experiences

Essential:

  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets.
  • Customer service experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good oral and written communications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

If you are interested in joining us and would like to apply for this role, please review the role profile to ensure you meet the essential criteria.
