Adviser - Chichester

Working closely with members of the public, you’ll provide them with expert advice on a wide range of housing issues. Once clients are referred, you’ll conduct in-depth interviews to assess their specific needs – you’ll then provide advice and advocacy. With previous experience of advice work – ideally delivered in line with LSC or other quality standards – you must have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Customer focused and able to manage your own workload, you’ll also be familiar with one or more of the following areas in social housing law: welfare benefits, debt, community care or housing. Some travel will be required.
