We are currently seeking a customer focused Aftercare Administrator to join our well established but highly ambitious organisation. The Aftercare Administrator will be required to deal with customer defect enquiries from all tenures, liaising with contractors and ensuring that all customer communications are recorded appropriately. You will be responsible for updating reports and inputting information from job sheets onto spreadsheets or the appropriate system i.e. Orchard and will play a pivotal role in supporting the Aftercare team. A key part of the role is to maintain contact with residents and ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly. You will also need to keep residents updated on the progress of their outstanding queries whilst maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in Excel and Outlook and will have a positive and diplomatic attitude when dealing with customers. It is essential that you are a good communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and convey sometimes complex information clearly and accurately.
