The role of Applications Support Officer is critical to our service delivery, helping to respond to
customer calls and working with our Helpdesk team to ensure that customers receive an
excellent standard of support. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing knowledge of
the finance, HR or procurement business and your experience of using the Oracle system, and
to learn the technical skills required to provide high quality ERP support.
