Russet Homes, who are one of Circles partner organisations are the largest provider of social housing within Tonbridge & Malling, owning and managing over 6000 properties, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four bedroom (and a few larger) houses.

We have a rare opportunity to join our Customer Services team within an Apprentice role. The successful candidate will gain valuable work experience whilst completing a Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service..

Whilst working within this role your on the job training will include high levels of customer care focus as well as general office administration processes.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good IT and communication skills along with the drive and determination to complete the NVQ qualification.

Salary will be paid at the National Minimum Wage in line with the successful candidates age.
