Arrears Recovery Officers

As an Arrears Recovery Officer you will work within the Income team to ensure excellent income collection. You will also be responsible for promoting financial inclusion and preventing debt.

To be suitable for this position you will have a good working knowledge of welfare benefits and experience of working effectively within a team. You must have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Please note, this post will require flexibility with regard to the hours worked, your start and finish times will vary in accordance with business requirements. The Income team’s hours of operation include extended opening hours and may also include weekends.

The posts are fixed term for 12 months
