Fostering Support and Assessment Team,
Working 36.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for overseeing the whole assessment process including allocating the work; quality checking through proof reading Form F and Special Guardianship Order reports; liaising with organisations, legal, panel and social workers to develop effective inter-agency working.
You will offer advice, set standards, monitor progress and continue to develop the service, whilst providing supervision and support to families, friends and carers.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work alone and within a team, hold a relevant social work qualification with a childcare specialism, and be registered with the General Social Care Council (GSCC).
