As part of the newly formed housing regeneration team, there is exciting scope for development as the asset appraisal surveyor will work across both regeneration and asset management functions.

You will carry out condition surveys for dwellings, communal areas, garages and other related Housing assets, internally and externally, highlighting any deficiencies. Reporting to the Programme Analyst you will lead on feasibility studies and co-ordinate the work of agency staff surveyors on a rolling programme basis, making recommendations for the Planned Investment Capital Programme.
