In this key senior management role you will lead on the delivery of services to offenders and victims, ensuring performance and quality improvement, meeting of targets and outcome focused objectives. You will represent the Area in the delivery of LAAs and other Partnerships and also work at both Area and regional level in relation to designated functional responsibilities.
With a diploma in Probation Studies, CQSW or equivalent, you will have experience in a probation or prison setting and background in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team. You will be able to work effectively as a member of the senior management team, to implement the Area Business Plan, managing change and demonstrating a capacity to build effective working relationships.
