You will be a high performing, ambitious individual who will challenge, lead and manage the Council’s Revenues, Benefits and Housing Rents Service.
Leading each service by developing and delivering the strategic vision and achieving strong performance management you will be an inspiring leader with a proven track record of success.
Part of the Customer Services management team, you will make a positive contribution in driving forward and adopting corporate policies and performance.
Ideally with a track record of success in the collections and benefits field, you will bring a strong vision and effective strategic qualities but also be as focussed on delivering tangible results. In turn, we will provide a high level of autonomy as well as the opportunity to work with a transformational leadership team and highly active corporate development department.
