Skills:

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for providing professional financial support and support strategic commissioning activities in relation to Practice Based Commissioning (PBC) and services delivered in partnership with other organisations. Contributing to the Directorate Management Team you will lead on strategically important focus areas such as the provision of specialist Trust wide activities such as the “Capitation to Usage” Project, Procurement Process and Payment by Results (PbR).

Fundamentally we are looking for an individual who understands the import role finance plays in delivering excellent healthcare. We would encourage candidates from a commercial or broader public sector background who are able to demonstrate an understanding of current NHS developments to apply. You will need to demonstrate the communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop strong relations with senior managers within the Trust and external stakeholders. You will be a qualified accountant who is ambitious and energetic with a successful track record of working in a constantly changing environment
