Assistant House Manager

Young Epilepsy is the leading national charity working exclusively to improve the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions, and is based on a beautiful campus in Lingfield, Surrey, providing world class services.
We have opportunities for confident and motivated individual's to join our Residential Services team. You will assume delegated responsibility for the day-to-day running of the house, ensuring that all policies and procedures are complied with and the highest standards of student care are achieved. You will also lead the staff team in the absence of the House Manager.
Educated to Diploma Level 3 or equivalent, you will have relevant residential care experience and a background in working with children with complex learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Good leadership skills are also required, along with a strong team ethic and first class communications skills.
