Assistant HR Adviser Salary Grade: Scale 4 (£21,810 per annum) Contractual Status: Fixed term until March 2018 Hours: full-time, 35 hours per week We are looking for an Assistant HR Adviser to join our experienced Schools HR team, who will provide HR admin and basic HR advisory support to schools/academies. As first point of contact for school administrative officers, business managers, school staff and members of the public, you must be customer focussed, have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels, be well organised and able to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight and often conflicting deadlines. You will need to have good IT, numeracy and written skills and have the ability to manage data within various databases including the entering of records, and the ability to analyse and report on information.
