A temporary opportunity has arisen for a dedicated person to join the busy team dealing with the recovery of overdue Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rate arrears owing to the Council.
You will be numerate and literate and have a demonstrable ability to undertake debt recovery work involving computerised systems. You will also be able to deal effectively with people over the telephone, face to face or in writing.
