Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days, plus 4 additional weeks
Contract: Permanent from 1 July 2010
Salary: JG2 £13,874 to £15,444 per annum, pro rata
Actual Salary £13,090 to £14,572 per annum

Mendip Green School is a large First School with 437 children on roll.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Assistant Site Supervisor to join our hard working team. The post is for 37 hours a week, Monday through to Friday, starting before lunch each school day on a split shift system with the newly appointed Site Supervisor.

Duties will include:
• Starting before lunchtime of each school day and working with / supervising the cleaning staff.
• Locking / securing the school at the end of the day.
• Assisting with the site security and carrying out a range of maintenance tasks.
• Working with the school to promote the school as a valuable community resource.
• To work in partnership with the Site Supervisor and the Headteacher.
