Location:Initally based in Reigate 

This is for a 6 month secondment or fixed term contract.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Team Manager to be part of the future development and delivery of care for older people in Surrey.

You will assist the Home Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of quality person centred care. You will ensure that the quality of service meets the essential qualities and standards as described by the Care Quality Commission as well as following Surrey County Council’s policies and procedures.

You will be heavily involved in shaping the future development and the marketing of our homes whilst ensuring maximum resident occupancy through the development of local community links and partnerships.

You will be NVQ4 qualified and hold your registered managers award or equivalent. We are committed to supporting your ongoing development.

The post holder will need to be flexible with regards to base and prepared to work across the 6 services as and when required.
