The Older People’s Community Social Work Team are looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join us in providing an Assessment & Care Management Service for people over 65. As Assistant Team Manager you will contribute to the management of the Duty Intake Team and will be involved in the allocation of resources, work and the maintenance of quality throughout service delivery. For this post you will be expected to hold a social work qualification, registration with the General Social Care Council – a minimum of three years post qualifying experience together with substantial experience of the provision of social care services and a commitment to achieving good outcomes for Older People and their carers.
