West Berkshire Family Placement Team is now recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager to join and help it continue to develop it’s fostering, private fostering and adoption service. We are looking to recruit a social worker practitioner with management skills and experience in fostering and adoption practice. Be part of a team who offer a range of high quality and innovative services that provide safe and stable placements for children and young people. We offer regular supervision, good training and the opportunity to develop practice.

Grade/Salary Range: SCP 37- 43

Requirements

Professional qualification in Social Work.

Minimum of 4 years post qualifying professional experience.
