As part of our Business Support Team, you will provide an effective auditing and compliance function to all Shelter services. This ranges from supporting front line service teams across the regions to developing advice delivery strategies helping Shelter to win new business
You will need to have a minimums of three years advice work experience, a good working knowledge of LSC Specialist Quality Mark requirements and the ability to produce clear well written reports and other written communications. We also need someone who can work collaboratively with a wide range of people with a strong customer focus.
