Bank Home Improvement Agency Advisor

Salary: Band CS10 £14.39 per hour incl 10.8% annual leave

Based in Randolph Street, London NW1 0TS

Origin Housing is looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our Home Improvement Agency Team on a causal basis to provide cover when needed. The team works with Home Owners and Private tenants in Camden and Islington. We are a great team and are very proud of our high satisfaction rate.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with local authorities, grants applications and working with a vulnerable client group. You must be able to work on your own initiative and able to prioritise your work effectively. You will also be required to:

• Visit and advise clients of Origin Home Improvement Agency on options available to them to resolve their housing difficulties and improve their living conditions through grants/charities and hospital discharge.
• Advise clients on maximizing income.
• Liaise with our surveyors.
• Provide information as required for service monitoring.
• Have a high standard of written and verbal English and numerical ability. You will also have good computer skills.
