We deal with the billing, collection and enforcement of debts owing to the Council and the processing of Housing and Council Tax Benefit claims.
- Are you committed to providing quality customer service?
- Are you neat, accurate, numerate and articulate?
- Do you have good PC skills?
- Can you work under pressure and as part of a team?
- Do you have at least 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or a proven ability to work at this level.
- Have you at least 2 years experience which has involved the use of computerized system?

Successful candidates would normally be expected to start at salary grade Scale 2. Progression through the salary grades to Scale 4 is subject to both laid down timescales and the successful achievement of performance related criteria.
