We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and proactive individuals to be part of a team processing housing/council tax benefits and free school meals applications. You will also be dealing with customer enquiries at our first stop shop, by telephone and other means such as emails.
You will have:
- Extensive experience of working in a housing and council tax benefits environment.
- Experience of working in a customer services environment.
- The ability to be effective communicator with good organisational and administration skills.
- Extensive experience of using housing and council tax benefit processing systems.
- Extensive experience of housing and council tax benefit regulations
- The ability to work under pressure
