Introduction

Joining the Benefits team, you will be providing a vital public service, seeing customers, answering phone calls and processing benefit claims queries.

Vacancy detail

Full training is provided, but you will bring the ability to deal confidently and sensitively with people from all backgrounds, whether on the phone or face-to-face. Communication and prioritisation skills will be key, as will the ability to work as part of a team.

These roles are rewarding for anybody who believes in helping customers and enjoys resolving problems.
