Building Surveyor

Design, management and supervision of building projects, building maintenance, planned maintenance and condition surveys are all part of this varied and interesting job. You’ll work well within a team, have project design and building maintenance experience, including strong technical and negotiation skills, and you will be able to add real value to the section.
You’ll have an HNC/HND or equivalent and sound knowledge of health and safety legislation, especially the Construction Design and Management Regulations. You must also have computer skills at intermediate level, including knowledge of Word, Excel and design software packages.
All applicants must hold a current driving license and have use of a car.
