Building Surveyor - Reinvestment

We are Servite Facilities Management part of Servite Houses.

As an integral part of our expanding Reinvestment team, you will ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest possible standards through planned reinvestment programmes and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

You may be required to undertake a range of surveys and will specify and administer works undertaken by contractors.

You will need to be technically trained or educated in building construction or surveying have experience of working in a maintenance or stock reinvestment programme.

You will also need to have good knowledge of relevant legislation and codes and practice, good innumeracy, literacy and IT skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

A commitment to customer service and a pragmatic and creative approach to tasks will also be required.
