Ladypool is a school in the process of creating new opportunities for pupils and staff. Governors are seeking to appoint a creative thinker to join our Leadership Team and become a successful Team Leader for Performance Management.

We seek to appoint a person who can: be responsible for the management of the School’s finances, premises and site management and a team of administration staff; lead and manage project development; give advice to the Senior Leadership Team on School Development Planning and finance; communicate effectively at all levels; has a commitment to high standards; can maintain/implement a robust HR administration process.
