Genesis Housing Association is looking to appoint a Business Analyst (Maintenance & Service Charges) based in their London Office.

About the role Reporting to the Head of Business Reporting, this role is responsible for the management reporting, financial planning and analysis that is required to manage and continually improve the Associations service charge and maintenance services. This is a management post with responsibility for developing a delivery focused culture and team environment.

About you You must be a fully qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and experience of acting as a Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills; have previously cultivated strong business relationships and proven ability to influence key stakeholders. Knowledge of service charge accounting and working for a customer service focused business is an essential for this role. This is an opportunity to work in an innovative environment within a newly established team, taking on responsibility for helping the Association to deliver more efficient and effective services.

They own and manage 30,000 homes across London and the east of England with several thousand new homes in development. The Association offers a wide range of housing options, including affordable rented, temporary, supported and shared ownership homes. Genesis also provides property management and maintenance services to others.
