Merton Council is working on an ambitious transformation programme which will change the way it operates, leading to a leaner and more efficient organisation by 2015.

In order to support this ambition we are looking for pragmatic and enthusiastic individuals with an understanding of the services council’s deliver, who are able to challenge, persuade and influence at all levels.

You will be managing a portfolio of work which will create and support change and process improvement across the Council and facilitate and promote new ways of working.

You will have experience of leading and managing projects and have used a range of tools and techniques to review services and develop innovative solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
