We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to co-ordinate the collection and reporting of performance and benchmarking data across Direct Services. You will also assist with the production of performance reports and promote the development of a performance culture within Direct Services.

You must have strong organisational and communication skills, enjoy working independently and as part of a team and be able to work efficiently while dealing with a large number of competing tasks.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • To co-ordinate the collection and reporting of performance across Direct Services.
  • To co-ordinate collection and submission of benchmarking data.
  • To support the Business Improvement Manager and Senior Management Team in improvement projects.
