We have a vacancy for a part time (0.5 FTE) Care Placement Officer to work within a busy team helping to place packages of care for clients The post holder will be working predominantly with Children and Education Service clients.
Reporting to the Senior Care Placement Officer, the successful person will be delivering an outward facing function with providers so will be comfortable with frequent conversations with service providers.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a range of internal and external providers to identify and engage suitable placements for clients requiring care packages.
The ability to accurately follow process and use case management systems is essential as well as the ability to communicate with a range of people both verbally and in writing.
