Care Workers

We are looking for full time Care Workers in our care home in Ladbroke Grove.

Our care homes provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents, where everyone is treated as an individual. Your job will be to provide elderly clients with personal care, whilst also encouraging them to participate in activities and lead as active and independent a life as possible.

As well as keeping a note of any incidents that occur or any issues that may be a cause of concern, you’ll assist with housekeeping tasks, update individual care plans and carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Ideally you’ll have spent time supporting eloderly people, either professionally or in your personal life and will have a good understanding of their needs. A good listener and communicator, even when people are finding it hard to get their point across, you’ll also be honest, understanding and able to respond to requests in a sensitive and professional manner. Good reading and writing skills are important, along with the physical ability to carry out care tasks.

NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is preferable

An enhanced CRB is required for this role.
