Case Administrator
Part time: 18.5 hours per week
Pay Band 2 £17,072 – £20,964 pro rata
6 month fixed term contract
Based in the Public Protection team in Littlehampton
Ref number: 12.08.42
We currently have a Case Administrator vacancy in our Public Protection team based in Littlehampton. This position is offered on a fixed term contract of 6 months.
Duties include:
Providing an efficient administrative service to the team located in the Littlehampton office.
Planning and organising own work schedule in order to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the office.
Produce reports and correspondence to a high specification which may be presented in Court and to other external agencies.
Prepare and maintain cases and other records, files and statistics, in accordance with the standards required by the Surrey and Sussex Probation Trust.
You will have a confident and flexible approach to work, being responsive to change and remaining calm under pressure. You will also liaise in a professional manner with colleagues in your team, the wider Trust and with external agencies.
